I am dedicated to offering an array of services that suit your business, whether you are established and in need of a refresh or are just starting. All packages are bespoke and dependent on your requirements in terms of outputs and hours. I have supported clients with a variety of requirements from 4-hour weekly sessions to over 20 hours a week. No matter what your objectives are, there is a package for you.

    • Brand identity

      Here I help you to define your brand vision and voice. We start by identifying your target persona(s) and personifying your brand before defining your tone of voice and marketing channels/methods.

    • Brand style guide

      Here, we use insights from the brand identity workshop to define your brand colours, fonts, and visual identity. You will receive assets to promote your brand both online and in-person with the option of producing reusable assets for social media posts.

    • Strategy and execution

      I create a bespoke plan which may involve a go-to-market strategy for new products or a plan to roll out ongoing projects.

      This involves defining how and where you market your brand to prospective customers and how you engage existing customers. We start by aligning on goals for the project (e.g. acquire XX new customers in 3 months) before identifying the relevant marketing channels and content marketing methods.

    • Content design

      Here, we move from strategy to execution. We align on a content and marketing calendar across all channels which takes into account online and in-person marketing methods. I would provide themes for content depending on what is being promoted in the calendar.

      Depending on the package you have with me, I may also support you by creating and scheduling content including physical marketing assets, social media posts, and email newsletters.

    • Paid ads

      I help you to set up paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. First, we agree on our objectives and align on who should be targeted. Then we produce media and content for the ads (including image or video assets and captions). Finally, I monitor ad performance, as well as the results of any AB tests, and work with you to iterate to increase conversion.

  • In this bespoke package, I work with you to build or revamp your existing website so that it aligns with your business objectives. I work with you to define the branding for your website assets (including buttons, colours, and themes) while designing a site map and user journeys for your website.

    I ensure that any design choices are accessible and compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. Depending on your brief, I may also work with you to write content for your website and build the website on a suitable platform.
